I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The value for the money was exceptional, with affordable prices that didn't compromise on quality. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was incredibly convenient, especially for those traveling by train, as it was close to the central railway station. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable double beds and good facilities. I particularly appreciated the complementary buffet breakfast provided, which was a great start to my day.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I can't think of anything that could be improved.

Close to the train station and easy access to the city center. Decent breakfast with a limited variety, but satisfying.
The room was tiny and cramped, barely any room to move. The AC was ancient and made more noise than cool air.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that included delicious South Indian dishes. The location was convenient as it was close to both central and suburban railways, making it easy to get around. the hotel provided a beautiful view of lush greenery from the room.
The room service was lacking as it took multiple calls for a response. The staff at the front desk could also use some improvement in their professionalism.
